The room and furnishings were very nice. I was upgraded for free to a 2-bedroom suite, which was wonderful. The bathroom & rooms were very clean and luxurious. I also liked the hotel gym. The location was also good - I walked to the Petronas Towers one day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My clothes got locked in the washing machine one night and staff came up right away to help, which was very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a high quality hotel to relax in.

The hotel is in a simply perfect location to access public transport from KL Sentral station (trains, metro and KLIA Express). From the station you can directly access the NU shopping mall and through it you arrive at the hotel without having to cross any road and above all without getting wet in case of rain (the elevator door of the walkway linked to the mall is right in front of the hotel door). We spent two nights in a family room on the fifth floor where there is a gym, a play area for children and a beautiful terrace where you can relax after a long day of visiting the city. A note of merit goes to all the hotel staff, from the reception, to the cleaning department (thanks Mr Kayes) they are all extremely friendly, kind and always ready to help you. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come to KL again.
