We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!

Conveniently located in Bukit Bintang, The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel is a retro-inspired accommodation surrounded by specialty bars and shopping centres. Loved the location. in the center of the madness that is Arab street. Not many people might appreciate it because it is crowded (and during ramadan nights...chaotic) and surrounded by local residential housing but I loved it. Never felt unsafe and was spoilt for food choices. Close to Pavilion for shopping and even more food options. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was comfortable with great sound proofing because we didnt hear any outside noise at all (granted we were on a high floor). Great value for money and we would stay here again.

Camera era spatioasa, am avut apa calda. Internetul mergea foarte bine. Locatia era chiar in gara Sentral. De altfel, acesta a fost si motivul pentru care am ales aceasta locatie. Check-inul s-a facut chiar si la o ora tarzie din noapte. Se poate achita cu cardul, insa de la receptie ni s-a spus ca la plata cu cardul vom plati un comision de 3% si ni s-a sugerat sa facem plata chiar si a doua zi, atunci cand vom putea sa schimbam banii. Am apreciat acest lucru. Hotelul era foarte curat, personalul mi-a placut foarte mult, am fost intampinati foarte frumos si de altfel de fiecare data cand intram si ieseam din hotel. Toata lumea saluta. Orice problema aparea , se rezolva imediat (am avut o problema ca nu functiona cartela de la intrare, dar s-a rezolvat imediat. Personalul a fost prompt. Am servit micul dejun in restaurantul de langa. Nu aveau prea multe de oferit, cel putin nu pentru noi europenii,dar mi-a placut foarte mult cafeaua neagra pe care o recomand
