Very good location. Very close to the spa salons and main attractions. It’s also just a short distance from the street food street. We stayed on the 22nd floor, and our room was very spacious with panoramic windows offering views of Menara 118 and the TV tower, as well as a partial view of the Petronas Towers. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was cleaned every day. The apartments have several pools, both for children and adults. The pool is long enough for swimming long distances.

The room size is small but accommodates 2 guests comfortably. The hotel staffs go beyond to make you feel comfortable very well trained. The location is in the center of Bukit Bintang, and about 7 minutes walk to Pavillion Mall and close to everything. They provide a complimentary snake from 3 pm to 5 pm. Will stay here again.

The Rooms were good, hotel lobby is so mesmerising and beautifully decorated as portrayed touch wood. Would definitely visit again if the Almighty GOD permits. Being a Level 3 Genius account holder to Booking.com I would say that my experience to Malaysia and staying in Easy Hotel was a good and beautiful experience.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — they woke me up exactly at the time I requested, which was very important to me. I especially appreciated the cleanliness. The bed linen was fresh and perfectly clean, as were the pillows and mattress protector, which really matters to me. The bathroom was spotless and pleasant to use. It was also nice to find all the essential amenities provided: soap, shampoo, and even a toothbrush — I had forgotten to buy one, so this was a very thoughtful touch. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, located on the top floor, making it a great place to relax. The location is excellent. You step out of the hotel and are immediately inside a shopping mall. Everything you might need is right there — you can walk around, shop, and explore without having to go anywhere. Truly a “wow” factor. I was completely satisfied with my stay and would be happy to stay here again.
