The room was quiet and comfortable. The gym is really well laid out and equipped. We loved the flexibility of having breakfast in the buffet or Gordon Ramsay restaurant. It is hard to highlight anyone, as all staff were fabulous. Zuliana was always warm and welcoming. Badrul was always very helpful and provided us with a wheel chair for our aunty. She really enjoyed exploring the hotel and connected shopping centre with us. We look forward to staying there again. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

The apartment had absolutely everything necessary for living, they refreshed coffee, water, and even laundry detergent every day. The apartment is quiet, no noises distracted. Excellent pool area on the 5th floor. Good breakfasts, on the 48th floor with a beautiful view. I would like to separately note the work of the staff. Everyone is very professional, the service is one of the best.
