Building with historical significance, early twentieth century European art nouveau with colonial influences. Spacious and clean room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Was extremely surprised by the size and quality of the room, as i had an expectation of a boutique in my head and it was anything but.

I had to check in a bit after 22.00 hrs due to a large train delay, but it was made possible. Exceptional are the unique room designs.

Martini Hotel Centre is situated in a monumental building and lies in the city centre of Groningen. The Grote Markt and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. We had to get our room at 15.00, but at 12.00 it was ready. It was perfect. The staff was polite and helpful. They told us about sightseeing in Groningen and gave us a map. The hotel is situated in the heart of Groningen, and you can walk to all the districts of the city.
