Hotel Miss Blanche is a boutique hotel in the centre of Groningen. The hotel offers 62 individually appointed rooms, studios and apartments. We stayed on the ground floor in a 60 m² apartment that felt like a house – fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a big family. The location is central, daily cleaning was great, and the staff solved issues very well (late check-in, invoices adapted to our needs). The apartment “3-1” was really excellent.

Set in a 15th-century building, Prinsenhof offers individually decorated rooms. It features the Prinsenhof Gardens, a renaissance-style courtyard with a landscaped rose and herb garden. The bedroom was stunning. I wish I had longer. Free mini fridge was amazing. Shower was amazing. Everything was amazing. Staff were also super friendly.

Carla was an exceptional host and it was only a pity we weren't able to stay longer to truly enjoy the beautiful garden (with blooming tulips and fritillaries) and more of Groningen. The main room and kitchen area were sizeable and pleasant. The bathroom was sensibly and stylishly updated. The breakfast was the usual in the Netherlands with hard-boiled eggs, cheeses and croissants and buns, yogurt, some fruit, everything you might expect and she served it when we requested it through the internal phone line. It was conveniently located to the centre of Groningen.

Hotel De Doelen is located at the foot of the Martini tower, in a beautiful monumental building. The hotel offers modern facilities and free Wi-Fi. Beautiful quaint hotel, very friendly staff and the air conditioning was wonderful as I was there in a heatwave.

Groningen is not only a lively student city but also a beautiful city to visit. The hotel was very accommodating for my delayed arrival and I also appreciated their early check-in and late check-out options.

This hotel is set in a 1935 building in the museum district of Groningen. It offers stylish accommodation equipped with flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and luxurious bathrooms with rain showers. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the central station and also a short walk to city center.
