Extras include bed linen. We feel like at home. The guy, who met us, Anthony, was very polite. He explained completely everything, that the average tourist should know, when stays in this hotel. Wifi quality was fine. Breakfast was tasty. And the view during the breakfast was awesome.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Haarlem. There is tea and a coffee machine in the room. There was wine, water, juice and soft drinks in the fridge for our use and included in the room price. Everything was super clean and we had a nice view of the church. At the reception there is another coffee machine for cappuccino and latte macchiato which is free to use for the guests. Everybody was very nice and welcoming. We liked it very much.

One of the best hotels i've stayed in.

The location is awesome, it's in very good neighbourhood, close to Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum. There is tram directly from the central train station. The room it's clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 500 metres from Anne Frank House. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in and found that our rooms were ready, very welcome after an overnight flight. Throughout our stay the desk staff was warm and welcoming, and took great care to make recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and how to get around. We loved the view of the canal from our room. There were many thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome, including healthy breakfast options. We loved the neighborhood!

You will find a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. The room has a private bathroom with a bath or shower and comes with bath robes, free toiletries and a hair dryer. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. It was charming and exceptionally clean. Delphi couldn’t have been more accommodating. We felt like we were visiting family. The bed was REALLY COMFORTABLE!
