These self-catering apartments are set in a Victorian-era building, 500 metres from Oslo’s Royal Palace and 15 minutes’ walk from Frognerparken Sculpture Park. They offer free WiFi and kitchenettes. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Frogner House Skovveien. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. Although it was a bit small for the three of us, a larger space would have been more convenient, but our overall experience was still very pleasant. The presence of a laundry room on the third floor, which we didn’t use, was a great feature that definitely added another star to our stay. The check-in process via the machine was a breeze, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to all our queries, making us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of Oslo’s most beautiful attractions, including the Aker Brygge district, the Nobel Prize Center, the National Museum, Frogner Park, and Vigeland Sculpture Park. Additionally, it’s conveniently close to coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation. I fell in love with Oslo and fully intend to return, and there’s no doubt that I’ll choose Frogner House Skovveien again.
