This modern, central hotel is right around the corner from Storgata, Tromsø’s main shopping street. It offers free Wi-Fi, as well as bright and stylish guest rooms. The Polar Museum is 750 metres... I wish there was an 11/10 rating. This hotel for the price we paid was above and beyond all expectations. Situated in central Tromsø, this hotel is just 200 metres from Storgata shopping street. It offers brightly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Every important landmark is accessible by foot. I loved the fact that I could get free coffee from the lobby whenever I pleased since I am a coffee drinker and I was continuesly busy with tours or exploring the city. All the tours booked had the pick up near by Smarthotel, 3-6 minutes walking distance and it was really convenient, especially that the streets were kind of icy and walking for long distance was not very easy. The room had a great heating system and most of the times I would not even use it for long period since the room was getting warm really quick. I also liked the fact that housekeeping noise level was kept at minimum andI have never had my rest disturbed.
