This modern, central hotel is right around the corner from Storgata, Tromsø’s main shopping street. It offers free Wi-Fi, as well as bright and stylish guest rooms. The Polar Museum is 750 metres... I quickly booked this room on booking.com as my flight to Hammerfest was cancelled. The hotel was about a 10-min taxi drive in the snow and ice, which was good. Staff were very nice. Free coffee/water in lobby. I booked a taxi easily from a screen at the reception desk.

Situated in central Tromsø, 150 metres from the main street, Storgata, Enter Amalie Hotel offers free WiFi internet access and free coffee, tea, cake and cookies. The staff were all very nice and helpful - the reception staff were friendly and approachable, helped us with a few queries we had about the local area The hotel is also in such a great location! Nothing was too far to get to by foot
