Situated by the Nidelva River in the picturesque Bakklandet district of Trondheim, Scandic Bakklandet offers free WiFi and rooms with flat-screen cable TVs. Excellent breakfast. Good location with view on river and in walking distance to everything relevant. Room was clean. Nice staff. Fast wifi.

This hotel is set in a former 19th-century bakery, just 350 metres from Trondheim Central Station. Room rates include a popular breakfast buffet, WiFi and leisure facility access. The room was quite comfortable and cozy. Gym was well equipped. Breakfast was quite filling and had many healthy options. Good restaurants were within walking distances. I will stay here the next time as well!
