This stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Auckland CBD (Central Business District) is a short walk from the Viaduct Harbour and the Sky Tower. This hotel gets everything right: great shower, great bed, comfortable room (we had a free upgrade), a lovely atmosphere, fantastic breakfast, and highly attentive and nice staff. The bar/restaurant area is beautiful, with everything a little retro styled. The hotel is furthermore located in a very pretty central area of Auckland, within walking distance of the waterfront and central shopping areas.

The Great Ponsonby Arthotel is a charming 1890's heritage villa just 2 minutes stroll away from Ponsonby's vibrant centre. Amazing breakfast as always. This place is charming and quirky, and it's always such a lovely stay. My favourite place to stay when I visit Auckland.
