Avalon, in a tranquil garden setting, offers self-catering cottages with free Wi-Fi and balconies overlooking the valley and the Puketotora River. Our cottage was surrounded by lush green and they had great facilities. The spa was top notch and they even had fresh water pool. Brad was a super helpful host and was very accommodating to our requests. He made sure we had everything to make it a memorable stay. Overall a solid guy. It had a nice patio, really good shower, star link internet, a smart TV, great kitchen and super clean linens. I highly recommend Avalon resort.

This is a special place to stay - the views from our room over the bay were spectacular. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and exploring the islands. Brita and Heinz are generous hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was spacious and well equipped. This has to be one of the best places I have stayed.

Set up above the town and away from traffic.noise, the apartment has a lovely view across the bay. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished, and well equipped. The host is friendly and helpful.

Surrounded by lovely gardens and situated on the waterfront, Hananui Lodge and Apartments features accommodation with free WiFi, a private balcony or patio and an LCD TV. Perfect location, steps away from everything including the water. Lots of room, with everything we needed. We stayed in #2 and would do so again.

Every thing was topnotch: A big room with a confy bed, the huge garden and last but not least a marvelous breakfast. The hosts were very kind and helpful, providing a list of restaurants, maps with informations about the surrounding and personal support about the airtraffic. There is really nothing to mention, what didn't work.

Averill Court Motel offers spacious self-contained accommodation, only 150 metres from Paihia Beach. All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace. amazing motel - nice clean room, very well equipped, nice swimming pool and whirpool. bbq area I think it was our nicest accommodation during our holiday in NZ.

The 19th-century Duke Hotel is located on the waterfront, overlooking the stunning Bay of Islands. It features a guest lounge, restaurant and bar and garden bar, as well as a gymnasium. Lovely hotel in a lovely place. We intended to stay just for one night but as the hotel was so nice, we stayed for 4 days.
