Guests can relax and enjoy the views and surrounding lovely gardens. Fiordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments are 10 minutes’ walk from Te Anau Town Centre.
All apartments have a kitchenette and full size fridge/freezer. Each apartment has 24 cable channels on the TV. The deluxe studios opening in late 2019 at the property are adults-only and feature filtered water, a coffee machine, electric fire, sensor lighting, recliner chairs, a 55-inch TV with Chromecast and stunning lake views.
The new suites were gorgeous, modern and more than comfortable. Views of the lake, soundproof, and just luxurious. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

Set in beautiful garden surroundings, this B&B is only 100 metres from the shores of Lake Te Anau. Each room includes cable TV, electric blankets and tea/coffee making facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available. the owners are so wonderful. the rooms were a good size and comfortable. the amenities were very comprehensive and nice! the breakfast was very good, we did not opt in for the upgrade but lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal, coffee and juice and tea all included! great value and a really nice stay.

The comfortable rooms offer en suite bathrooms and modern facilities. The hotel has a communal lounge with a fireplace.
Lovely staff at check in and check out. We were upgraded from 2 single beds to a double. Bed was super comfortable and the location was great! Highly recommend if visiting Milford sounds as it is roughly 1.5 hour from here

What a beautiful little place! The lady at the reception was so helpful and friendly. The room was so well designed and everything was thought through in detail. We had everything we needed and it felt like home. Beddings we unexpectedly so stylish and clean we had a very comfortable stay.

This accommodation is absolutely stunning, beautifully styled, and super relaxing. A lovely short drive away from the town centre, although it poured rain while we were there, none of us were bothered in this super cozy, lovely home. Absolutely gorgeous 360 degree views.

Great location on the water front. Really helpful staff who accommodated a dorm change for me and the person I was travelling with on arrival. Two lovely kitchens designed to create a social environment. Nice living areas with plenty of chill space and plenty of gaming options. Nice balcony to sit on looking out onto the water front. Our 4 bed dorm was really spacious. Definitely the hostel to stay at in Te Anau.

It is obvious the owners take pride in this property and the comfort of their guests. The unit is well designed, well maintained, roomy and comfortable. The view towards the mountains is lovely. Small touches like marmalade and plunger coffee were appreciated.Highly recommended. One unit is deigned for disabled access which is a thoughtful feature.
