Guests enjoy unlimited WiFi. Most apartments feature a private hot tub and a private patio. The moment you open the door, you will be awed by the layout. Spacious and luxurious indeed. You will have two queen beds and two single beds in a two-floor room. Kids love playing up and down the stairs, and it was undoubtedly the best stay throughout our North Island trip in NZ. The personal spa jacuzzi in the room was another standout feature of this stay. There is also an on-property playground for the kids. The room was clean, comfortable and complete.

The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Big room with amazing facilities, like a spa bath and Coffee machine. Very modern and clean. Also perfect location. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The rooms at BK’s feature kitchens with microwave, comfortable recliner armchairs and satellite TV. Guests have access to on-site laundry facilities, safe luggage storage and bicycle storage. In this case, it was late booking and a good reduction in price. For families, it is a great opportunity to take the two room, 4 bed option.

The Princes Gate is a historical, boutique-style hotel in the centre of Rotorua. This classical 4-star hotel is opposite the Polynesian Spa and the famous Government Gardens.

The hotel has 52 stylish guestrooms and apartments, all decorated in a traditional and classical style. Each room is air-conditioned and beautifully furnished with luxurious en suite bathroom and a range of personal toiletries. The larger apartments offer a living area and kitchen facilities. The room was great for a solo leisure traveller and I love the location on the second floor. I didn't go to the breakfast so can't say anything about that. I particularly love the history, the colourful old world decor and charm, the lounge, and lovely staff - shout out to Kumar, a very sweet and helpful young man. I was happy to come back to this grand old dame, I am tired of soulless, bland, modern hotels. You have something special and I hope to be back in Rotorua again to stay there.
