Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and Free WiFi, Le Chalet Suisse Motel Taupo is just a 2-minute walk from New Zealand’s largest lake, Lake Taupo. The property is in an excellent location, offering a pleasant view and close proximity to restaurants and cafés. The apartment itself was spacious, had two floors, two large beds, and ample living space. The rate is very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodation.

Suncourt Hotel & Conference Centre offers spectacular views of Lake Taupo and the volcanoes of Tongariro National Park. VERY comfortable hotel in a truly perfect location. Beautiful view overlooking the lake. Close to town for selection of restaurants and shops. Outstanding breakfast. (Try the French toast!!). Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well-appointed - amazing water pressure. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
