Avalon, in a tranquil garden setting, offers self-catering cottages with free Wi-Fi and balconies overlooking the valley and the Puketotora River. The place is very well distributed and we found the location excellent. They had a sauna and a spa pool from 8 am to 9 pm but the owner told us that if we didn't make noise we could use the spa a little longer. The place is huge, and the resort is fully booked but we hardly saw people and were there for the 4 days of Easter. The wifi has amazing speed. They have a natural pool with crystal clear water that I recommend 100%. Kayaks and vests are at our disposal for free. The place is a 100/10 super recommended.

The room had everything we needed for our stay, very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning! The Allegra House was a close walk to everything Paihia, and they have a cute little shortcut path down the hill. The breakfast & homemade bread was delicious ~ so much to choose from to start your day. We would definitely come back to Paihia & stay at the Allegra House again.

It was the perfect relaxing accommodation for two couples wanting a proper break away. Access to the beach was fantastic, the spa was lovely, kitchen was stocked with all that was needed.

It is really a little secluded and though so close to the main street and thus to downtown Kerikeri. You have your own parking right in front of the cabin, which makes it so comfortable to pack and unpack without limitation. Great to have a kitchen and all necessities around. You couldn't really ask for more. Sarah, the host, is absolutely amazing as she tries to help in every way, whether it's for a trip to do or for dinner/lunch possibilities. The one she suggested was amazing and due to my short stay, I couldn't try all of them.

Overlooking the sparkling waters of Mangonui Harbour, Mangonui Waterfront Apartments is the most centrally and conveniently located accommodation in the historic and beautiful village of Mangonui. The accommodation was stunning—an enormous, beautifully decorated, stylish apartment with everything spotlessly clean. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and were genuinely saddened that we couldn’t stay longer. If we visit New Zealand again, we will definitely return and stay here. Once again, we thank the hosts for everything they did for us. We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Lodge Bordeaux features a heated outdoor pool, a barbecue pavilion and an in-room breakfast service. A 5-minute drive from Whangarei’s city centre, it offers free unlimited WiFi. Very clean well maintained. Very European feel. Wonderful welcome. Ordered delicious breakfast brought to our room. Great little spot on Quay to go to dinner (town basin area).

We had a lot of rain while we were here and we were so happy we were staying in such a comfortable place.
