Located on the shores of Lake Te Anau, Fiordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments offers self-contained accommodation with free Wi-Fi and lake and garden views. The new suites were gorgeous, modern and more than comfortable. Views of the lake, soundproof, and just luxurious. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

We were welcomed by the owners on arrival who were so friendly and very welcoming. We had a beautiful en-suite room with doors out to a little patio area overlooking the beautiful garden and gorgeous views beyond - such a great setting! Tea and coffee was available in the shared kitchen/sitting room and there was fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast was in the pavilion, self service cereals and toast and fab coffee! A very comfy bed too it was a great night’s stay!

Set in beautiful garden surroundings, this B&B is only 100 metres from the shores of Lake Te Anau. Each room includes cable TV, electric blankets and tea/coffee making facilities. the owners are so wonderful. the rooms were a good size and comfortable. the amenities were very comprehensive and nice! the breakfast was very good, we did not opt in for the upgrade but lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal, coffee and juice and tea all included! great value and a really nice stay.

Situated next to Lake Te Anau, Kingsgate Hotel is within walking distance of the town centre. It offers excellent walking opportunities nearby and free onsite parking. Unlimited free WiFi is included.... Lovely staff at check in and check out. We were upgraded from 2 single beds to a double. Bed was super comfortable and the location was great! Highly recommend if visiting Milford sounds as it is roughly 1.5 hour from here
