We have always liked staying at One Burgess Hill... the kids just love it. - self contained - rooms are huge - the bathroom is huge and the kids are always excited when we stay there... no drama during night washing! - Andrew and the team are doing a great job ensuring our stay is always delightful!

Staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Mountain view from rear window of room. Quiet location. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was nice with a spa bath. Bed and pillows were really comfy. Restaurant food was lovely and good value for money.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown New Plymouth with restaurants, museums and the coastal walkway and an easy drive to Mt. Taranaki and hiking trails. All in all, a wonderful way to start our visit to New Zealand.
