Their home was so cozy and they made us feel so welcomed. The house was clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views. Highly recommend staying with them!

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, The Nunnery is a recently renovated guest house situated in Te Aroha, 50 km from University of Waikato. This guest house features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The guest house has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Lovely, comfortable beds and carpeted floors. All the basic necessities provided ie. Towel, shampoo and soap. Other guests there were friendly and nice to spend time with in the communal area which had games and books to use. The Reef Resort Motel offers self-contained accommodation on the edge of the Lake Taupo. The property features an outdoor heated freshwater pool and a thermal pool with a hot tub.

The modern units have either lake, mountain or pool views and all include a spa bath and a well-equipped kitchenette. Modern amenities include air conditioning and TV reception. The rooms were huge with a small kitchenette, access to laundry in the hotel and the pool / hot tub area was fabulous. Easy access to the lake beside the hotel and a fabulous walk along the lake also.

Coromandel Seaview Motel is situated between the mountains and the sea of the Coromandel Peninsula. It is close to renowned saltwater fishing and a number of outdoor activities.

All of the spacious, refurbished rooms have a balcony and a private BBQ free parking on site. Kim and Gail were exceptional hosts. We used it as a base for the Coromandel area for 4 days. It was a bit of a drive each day however we were always so happy to come to this relaxed home at the end of a busy day. The place was spotless and well equipped with our own bbq. Book the spa sweet for exceptional views and your own jacuzzi. We had suite 3 and our view was beautiful and our deck so private. Gail and Kim brought breakfast to our deck each morning with a delicious pot of coffee. One of our favourite places in our month long stay in NZ

Lexington Park Cottages in Cambridge provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a tennis court and barbecue facilities. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. The holiday home offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. As a solo traveler I felt very safe in this cottage located within a farm. The range of nearby activities (Hobbiton, Maungatautari forest walks) was excellent. I will definitely visit again!
