Originally built in 1882, this charming hotel has been lovingly restored to its former glory and features an elegant restaurant and bar. Each room includes satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Everything was neat, beautiful and comfortable. Staff were super nice. Food was delicious.

Set on a large country estate with sweeping gardens and panoramic views of the Wairarapa wine-growing region, Parehua Resort features an open-air bar and fine dining restaurant. We loved the pool and hot tub! Very tidy place and private, too. The continental breakfast was impressive and tasty, with no single use plastics! We were very pleased with this place overall.

Rebuilt in 2014, Quest on Thorndon offers art deco-style apartments with free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests receive free access to the CityFitness gym located next to the property. Great location on the edge of the CBD, feels very safe, and we were able to explore the whole city on foot Enourmous and very clean room, with a washer and dryer and a full kitchen Cafe in the same building, although it only opens at 9am Very friendly and professional staff

Just 5 minutes' walk from Cuba Street's bars and restaurants, Capital View Motor Inn - Free Parking offers self-contained apartments with views of the harbor and Wellington city. The staff was one of the friendliest people we met during the trip

Museum Apartment Hotel offers a fusion of luxurious art, technology and indulgence. It boasts an eclectic collection of New Zealand art and features a restaurant, heated indoor pool and a day spa. Great central location and within walking distance of the Cable Car Terminal, Te Papa Museum and a variety of restaurants in the area. The on site restaurant whilst a limited menu, had a good variety and from what I had, was decent. All throughout the hotel had attentive staff on hand.
