Surrounded by beautiful native trees and bush land, Aspen Court Motel Franz Josef offers guests free Wi-Fi. Opened in December 2013, the property offers heated rooms with a flat-screen TV. Clean, quiet, comfortable, large room with everything we needed for a relaxing two-night stay. I can’t say enough great things about this property. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Located on the west coast of the south island, Theatre Royal Hotel offers a restaurant and a bar. The themed rooms offer antique furnishings and cable TV. Some rooms include free WiFi access. This was by far the best hotel on our whole trip in New Zealand. A very unique and charming place with very friendly stuff. Also the breakfast was perfect. With no doubt we can recommend this hotel definitely, it is a place where you have to stay if you are in the area.

Backing onto peaceful greenery, 10 Cottages offers self-contained cottages with a balcony, just 2 minutes' walk from the center of Franz Josef Glacier and a 3-minute walk from the Glacier Hot Pools. Great hotel, tucked in a quiet street but just a short walk to the main town. Very comfortable stay with all desired amenities. Could park the car right outside the door of the cottage.
