Our 1st time in Oman. We have spent beautiful & relaxed week in this wonderful hotel with perfect services, professional and supporrive staff. Every single Crowne team member went above and beyond to en-sure our stay was not only enjoyable but truly unforgettable. Congratulation to such employees! The staff use this advantage to provide guests of one resort with the opportunity to profit from numerous options in the other two resorts, such as trying other restaurants and enjoying the entertainment elements of the other resorts. My time in Juweira was excellent, as they had their own private beach. The receptionists, Rasha and Sienna, were particularly kind and helpful. Both were incredibly welcoming and supportive. The accommodation was clean, the furniture was fresh, and the amenities were good. My room offers a stunning sea view. Furthermore, the housekeeping and restaurant personnel were immaculately dressed. I will do it again, but this time it will be a family vacation.
