Respectful treatment and the patience and smile of the staff. Also the food is good and the room services are great. Wi-fi was really good also I like the safety feature in the elevator where you are just allowed to go to your floor and that makes you feel safe.

We liked everything. The resort exceeded our expectation. The staff were amazing, the whole concept of the place was just superb. There is nothing I would change or be unhappy about. Everything was absolutely great and we had an amazing time. We stayed twice - at the start of our trip and at the end of it and it made the whole Oman experience just lovely.
