Set in a charming colonial-style building with Spanish galleries, Majestad Boutique Hotel offers nicely decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi just 1 block from picturesque La Merced church. The staff was amazing. They helped us with everything we needed and we also arranged all the tours we did in Arequipa with them. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious.

Extraordinary service. We arrived a day late due to circumstances outside of our control, and the hotel did not charge us for the night. I can only speak highly of Hostel Solar and the service. We were in contact before our arrival. In addition, they organized transport from the airport for us. Everything went perfectly. Breakfast excellent and prepared on the terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. The location of the facility is great. We came to Arequipa at the worst possible moment of the protests and the closure of the city. The Hostel team supported us and was very helpful even when we had to leave the place quickly to go to another airport to get back to Europe.
