Hotel Los Tambos Boutique is an elegant hotel in Arequipa, a city constructed entirely from white volcanic rock. It offers a rooftop terrace with views of Misti Volcano and adventure sports... I arrived in Arequipa on Monday afternoon (30 December 2024), and twisted my ankle 5 minutes into my Walking Tour. I did not get a chance to see any of Arequipa’s attractions or celebrate New Year’s Eve. I stayed indoors for 2 days to heal my swollen ankle. The team took care of me in the following ways: * Moved my luggage from my room on the 4th floor to Ground floor (because the lift was not working) * Gave me ice (for my swollen ankle) in the morning, afternoon and night every day from Monday until Thursday * Served breakfast in my room on Tuesday and Wednesday (it was so delicious!) * Helped me to call LATAM and Copa Airlines for me to change and confirm my flights (I was on hold for a long time on multiple attempts) * Advised me on which Tours to take (and arranged for Ruta del Sillar) and restaurants to go to based on my limited mobility My heartfelt appreciation to everyone who was on duty during my stay: Milagros, Fiorela, José, Lino, Enrique, Favian, Jhorly, Nadhia & Saly. They took good care of me and made me feel at home when I was traveling alone and so far away from home.

Located at the Plaza de Armas, across from the city’s historical Cathedral, Katari Hotel at Plaza de Armas offers accommodations with free WiFi access in Arequipa. Absolutely beautiful accommodation. The staff are very friendly and really care about your stay. The room is just beautiful and I didn't want to leave. This is one of my favorite accommodations of all time!! The rooftop view is amazing but the food they serve is top quality.

Mint Hotel offers rooms with free Wi-Fi in Arequipa, only a 5-minute drive from the city main square. A daily a la carte breakfast is offered. Lobby is big for lounging, restaurant is stellar with nice view of mountains - breakfast is off the menu and included. Beds are comfy, towels big and soft. In a quiet location and only a 20 min. walk to the central plaza (or 7 soles via Uber).

Located 300 metres from the main square and Mercaderes street and right behind the Monastery of Santa Catalina (built in 1579), Las Torres de Ugarte offers free Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast in central... Great location in the centre of Arequipa. Everything was on walking distance. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They have a hotel turtle in the garden named Lola. Fantastic to see a 45 year old walk around when you get out of your bed every morning :-). Good breakfast, they make you your eggs of choice in the morning.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. They kindly offered to hold our bags when we were off doing Colca Canyon hike and even upgraded our room free of charge. The Hotel itself is a gorgeous building with beautiful gardens. Everything was very clean and the breakfasts were delicious. On the morning we left for our hike at 3am the staff had to go breakfast bags prepared to keep us going also.

Set in a charming colonial-style building with Spanish galleries, Majestad Boutique Hotel offers nicely decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi just 1 block from picturesque La Merced church. This is a really good place. The installations are beautiful. The staff always look to help. Special thanks to Katty in reception. walking distance to everything I needed.

Fantastic. The landscape, the architecture, very well integrated in the environment, the service. Exceptional place near the river. Walks by the canyon. Nice hot springs specially by night to see the amazing starry sky… very good breakfast.

Killawasi Lodge is situated in the heart of the famous Colca Valley, in the village of Yangue. Surrounded by panoramic green landscapes, it offers modern accommodations with private balconies. We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were exceptional, food was so delicious, and the property is very tranquil and relaxing with amazing views. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.
