Located 350 metres from the city's main square, Hostal UTASA VILLA REAL inn offers accommodations in Puno. Free Wi-Fi access is available here. The room is cozy and not too cold (for Peruvian standards in winter). The host was incredibly kind, he helped us by keeping our backpacks all day long and with recommendations. Breakfast was also rich and tasty.

It offers a 24-hour front desk, a large buffet breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the place was really clean. you get a properly hot shower with nice towels. breakfast is nice with lots of fresh fruits. the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. we had to extend one day because of visa issues and that was no problem at all… they even let us use their computer and printer! cannot recommend enough.

From the moment we entered the hotel the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless with great views of the Basilica. The TV had great channels and the Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was excellent and the staff willing to please.

An indoor swimming pool, landscaped water fountains and a hot tub can be enjoyed on the shores of Titicaca Lake. Guests can book a massage and enjoy the meditation area. Rooms have direct lake views. Had a really nice stay here. The staff were great. Not very busy when we were here. Good value. Great location.
