Great location in the city center, just one block away from the main square, Armos Plaza. The room was comfortable and convenient, very clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help.

Clean, fine food, helpful stuff. What most impressed me is the fact that I have forgotten my cardholder in the hotel room. The room is cozy and not too cold (for Peruvian standards in winter). The host was incredibly kind, he helped us by keeping our backpacks all day long and with recommendations. Breakfast was also rich and tasty.

Taypikala Hotel Lago boasts recently refurbished Colonial style galleries and a spacious lobby with interior plants, polished parquet floors and elegant cream-coloured sofas. Had a really nice stay here. The staff were great. Not very busy when we were here. Good value. Great location.

Location is great - near the main square and good restaurants nearby. It was a perfect stay to have a good rest after some hectic days coming from the jungle!
