The Staff was exceptionally helpful! They provided excellent advice on attractions, good but reasonably priced places to eat, and made inexpensive transportation arrangements to the airport in Juliaca.

Located 350 metres from the city's main square, Hostal UTASA VILLA REAL inn offers accommodations in Puno. Free Wi-Fi access is available here. The room is cozy and not too cold (for Peruvian standards in winter). The host was incredibly kind, he helped us by keeping our backpacks all day long and with recommendations. Breakfast was also rich and tasty.

An indoor swimming pool, landscaped water fountains and a hot tub can be enjoyed on the shores of Titicaca Lake. Guests can book a massage and enjoy the meditation area. Rooms have direct lake views. Had a really nice stay here. The staff were great. Not very busy when we were here. Good value. Great location.

Great hotel on main square in Puno. Handy up everything. Very helpful staff and very accommodating when we needed to change plans last minute. Spacious, comfy rooms. Bathrooms a little tired but totally functional. Good breakfast.
