The hotel's location was excellent. I appreciated the facilities, the quality of the amenities, and the strong water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were amazing, especially Isabel, who went above and beyond to assist with anything needed.

The room is cozy and not too cold (for Peruvian standards in winter). The host was incredibly kind, he helped us by keeping our backpacks all day long and with recommendations. Breakfast was also rich and tasty.

Located in Puno, this budget hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the Plaza de Armas. It offers a 24-hour front desk, a large buffet breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the place was really clean. you get a properly hot shower with nice towels. breakfast is nice with lots of fresh fruits. the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. we had to extend one day because of visa issues and that was no problem at all… they even let us use their computer and printer! cannot recommend enough.

From the kind staff to the view from our room. The shower had hot water, we had heating on. It was great. Breakfast was amazing, it was a buffet with fresh bread, jam, fresh yogurt, fresh juice, cereal, ham, cheese. Just amazing. There is always tea at reception which is a plus. I think it is the best place I stayed in Peru

An indoor swimming pool, landscaped water fountains and a hot tub can be enjoyed on the shores of Titicaca Lake. Guests can book a massage and enjoy the meditation area. Rooms have direct lake views. Had a really nice stay here. The staff were great. Not very busy when we were here. Good value. Great location.
