The hotel is just 1 block away from the main plaza. The hotel room is warm (with a portable heater), staff is attentive, facilities and room are well-maintained and clean. Hot shower and strong water pressure which is essential in such a cold weather. The breakfast is also very good, with different varieties and fresh juices.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Puno. Everything was amazing, the staff were amazing, the room was amazing, the city was amazing! Also the restaurant is GREAT, the best place we ate in Puno, worth it for the taste and the price!

The room is cozy and not too cold (for Peruvian standards in winter). The host was incredibly kind, he helped us by keeping our backpacks all day long and with recommendations. Breakfast was also rich and tasty.

An indoor swimming pool, landscaped water fountains and a hot tub can be enjoyed on the shores of Titicaca Lake. Guests can book a massage and enjoy the meditation area. Rooms have direct lake views. Had a really nice stay here. The staff were great. Not very busy when we were here. Good value. Great location.
