Hotel Hacienda Puno is 1 block from the Main Square and the Cathedral and offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The room was clean and light, great water pressure and nice bath tub, comfortable bed and a small fridge available. We want to highlight the extremely helpful staff and the great service we received. They even called us when they realized we had not had breakfast yet to remind us. We also had altitude sickness and they were available 24/7, with coca tea, calling a doctor at 1:30am and a taxi before 6am.

The room was on the 6th floor with a balcony and a view of the plaza and partial view of the lake. Beautiful views of Puno. The bed was super comfortable. One room for the shower, a separate room for the toilet. Excellent location, walking distance to everything.

An indoor swimming pool, landscaped water fountains and a hot tub can be enjoyed on the shores of Titicaca Lake. Guests can book a massage and enjoy the meditation area. Rooms have direct lake views. Had a really nice stay here. The staff were great. Not very busy when we were here. Good value. Great location.
