The hotel staff was consistently attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and hassle-free. For families, is an excellent choice. The family suites are spacious, well-equipped, and designed with the needs of families in mind. There was more than enough room for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The peaceful and quiet environment of the hotel was another highlight, providing a perfect setting for a restful and rejuvenating vacation. It was truly a serene escape from the noise and stress of everyday life. The staff's attention to detail was exceptional. They ensured that every request was met with care, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Whether it was arranging special amenities or simply offering helpful suggestions, the crew was always available and eager to assist. Specially too Almonde and Logene they provide an excellent service. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially families, looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and top-tier experience. The hotel staff was incredibly kind. We appreciated their care in arranging a boat trip and massages for us. Their attention to detail was commendable. The location was great, and the Mayas restaurant at the hotel added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience.

Location is perfect: the beach is just a few meters away and the area (Station 3) is less crowded than Stations 1 and 2.
