We had our flight cancelled and had to delay our arrival from Singapore for an entire day. I called the front desk at 3 a.m. to let the know we would be delayed. They made sure that our driver waited and pick us up at the airport. And when we arrived at the resort at 4 a.m. the next day, we were taken immediately to our room, where we spent a very restful day recharging after our ordeal. Such a quiet location, too. We loved it!

The Italian owners are great, so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my chats with Andrea each day. Their marine reserve is absolutely amazing. My son and I went snorkelling with the black tip reef sharks several times a day - this was an absolute highlight. They have a small gym on site which functions quite well and the view from the bungalows are stunning. Can't wait to come back again.

They are the best and I hope they’ll continue to serve it everyday.

Situado a 2 minutos a pé do Ayala Centre Cebu (centro comercial), o Mandarin Plaza Hotel disponibiliza uma piscina exterior e quartos modernos e climatizados. Our room was so big. It is probably the biggest hotel room I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly. Granted our request for a lower floor. Lovely city view. Food is good. We will.definitely be back.
