From friendly staffs to the little things that they provided (eg. daily cookies and little notes), made my stay at the hotel very pleasant and happy. I truly felt welcome. It was so great I extended my stay in the island two nights! The location was more on the quieter side, which was what I hoped for. I was able to sleep well. The fact that the beach was just few steps away made it very convenient. I did have to walk extra to look for food but it was good to get my steps on. Average daily steps was about 8k++.

My second time here and I can admit that it’s the best place for me in Boracay island. Villa has plenty of space, nice decor, nice terrace, wonderful bath tube, it is calm in a small jungle. And the staff - very friendly, very helpful and very polite :)

Centrally located in Cebu City, Best Western Plus Lex Hotel Cebu offers modern air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Very nice Hotel with spacious rooms,comfortable beds,and the Staff are amazing,everyone made my stay very comforble and enjoyable from the reception,dining,rooftop bar,bell man,house cleaning,everyone was very nice.i ended up staying more days and will definately come back here.

All the staff are very friendly, especially the security guards who helped with my bags. Front desk team are very happy. Would highly recommend this place as it’s close to Ayala and 711 is just next door.

Everything was just perfect. If we ever go back to Cebu we will definitely book this hotel because the room was nice, the service is amazing, the location is perfect. 100% great.
