The hotel is very stylish and located in a beautiful area. There’s convenient parking right in front of the building. The charming owner personally served us breakfast - it was absolutely delightful! Excellent location. The whole town Polanica-Zdroj is a diamond in the crown of Polish resort area and the hotel is located right were it should be - not very noisy, yet close to everything. Delicious breakfast in a quiet open air atmosphere. Summer concert in the patio was a pleasant surprise - Chopin's music is never too old. I booked a room with twin beds, but Booking was not able to confirm the bed type. Although the room was provided with the double bed, the hotel stuff managed to change it to 2 single beds in a minute. No discontent, no complains.

With a beautiful view of the mountains and meadows, Rezydencja Villa Nova features a large garden with a terrace. All rooms come with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

The hotel is modern and the room had all the comforts one can think of - air conditioning, an alarm clock, toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Spoiled for choice at breakfast. At this price, one gets unbelievable value. Excellent as a sleepover base for nearby Ksiaz castle.

The whole place is very romantic style. Rooms, outside, everything very calm, very pleasant. Breakfast and also restaurant has rich offer, huge amount of tastes and styles. Personnel is very sympathic and friendly.

We were changed to a larger room free of charge. Availability of a pool and sauna. You can use the sauna by appointment, so we were the only ones there. A large, nice area of ​​the hotel. Beautiful view from the room. The city center is easy to reach on foot.
