Rooms were so comfortable we did not have any problem. we did not use the SPA, but menu was large, and looked like fancy. I have used the pool in the morning, it was so cosy, and nobody was using at that time, all pool was belong to me. hot tubs are so good, and relaxing,

The chalet was perfect, pretty, clean, well equipped. The staff are so professional and polite they really made the holiday a wonderful experience.

What a fabulous place! The hotel looked exactly as advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! We even got sandwiches to take with us on our last morning (due to a very early departure, we would have missed the breakfast but hotel staff prepared something for us to take for the journey!). The room was spacious, warm, with a kettle so we could enjoy a tea/coffee in our room. The room had a balcony too!. At the check-in we were given hair dryer too! We had a really great stay there! There was sauna available but we did not opt in for that. Hotel was 15 mins walk from Krupowki.
