It features an elegant restaurant and rooms with a 32-inch flat-screen TV. The manager Mari! She helped us immediately after noticing that we made a mistake in our reservation. She made our weekend GREAT. Excellent worker and manager. The property is eye attractive, clean and very well organized. The restaurant Melao is very good. Excellent breakfast. The team is very social and servicial. The location in front of Plaza Las Delicias is great!

The hotel is in the city center which provides access to dining and museums within walking distance. The hotel has designated parking for its guests in front. The King Room with balcony was spacious and had a fridge to keep food items. Though the balcony faces the street below, the noise levels weren't excessive and we rested well each night. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and accommodatingcrom check-in to check-out.
