The breakfast was excellent! Ida is the best! She is friendly, polite and always smiling! It was pleasure to see her every morning and talk to her!

Hyatt House San Juan is just a 5-minute drive away from Old San Juan and Condado beach. Free WiFi access, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar are offered here. I loved that breakfast was available and the omelettes were great. The staff was great and were able to speak both English and Spanish fluently.

Fortaleza Suites Old San Juan is located in the heart of Old San Juan close to some of the trendiest restaurants and shops in the area. The Pier 4 is only 8 minutes’ walk away. I liked everything thing about. It met all of my expectations. It was spacious, well decorated, clean,, The staff was extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable . The location was excellent. The next time I am in Old San Juan, I will arrange to stay here again.

Located on the outskirts of Bayamon, the Hyatt Place Bayamon offers an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and a restaurant. Each stylish room has free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. When we checked in Edwardo was exceptional. He looked after everything in an efficient and professional manner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The variety of food was great. Our room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned daily. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I have told all my friends and highly recommend this accommodation.

This hotel is located in the heart of historic Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Hotel guests will receive beach privileges at the El Convento Beach Club on Isla Verde Beach. Beautiful building in fabulous location - easy to walk to many places, very helpful polite staff . I loved the wine and cheese in the afternoon it was a very nice touch and very welcoming. We checked in early and the staff said we could have our room early. Very helpful with arranging transport and trips. I would highly recommend the hotel.
