Still as good as it was. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and quiet. Good breakfast with reasonable selection for a small hotel. Rita the manager is very friendly and super helpful. Nice to have the swimming pool too. Great views across the vineyards to Estremoz in the distance. Short drive into a town with plenty of restaurants and cafes.

This property is located in the country side on a 5-minute drive out of Évora, one of Portugal’s most historic cities and the famed Roman Temple. A perfect stay with a lovely couple. The dogs were also lovely! We were so happy that we also had dinner and breakfast with them- highly recommend!

The Estalagem de Marvão is located within the historic walled town center of Marvão. This B&B is amazing. In historic house with charm and character, fantastic location, just 200 meters from the wall entrance where we parked our car, cosy and comfortable room, fantastic choices for breakfast. Very friendly owners, excellent communication and instructions. Place looks even better than it is presented online (booking.com). We hope to be back one day and stay longer.
