Atlantida Mar is a contemporary hotel featuring designer guestrooms with panoramic views. The reception was very kind, the rooms are excellent and well equipped, an amazing view of the sea, the hotel staff is charming, kind and helpful, the breakfast is amazing and very tasty. Convenient parking near the hotel and right across the road is an excellent restaurant for dinner. Perfect place.

Santa Bárbara Eco-Beach Resort is located in Ribeira Grande, north coast of São Miguel Island. Oh, I am in love with this place: the room, surrounding area, service, food - all were perfect. We stayed in the room with the pool. It was cold to swim, obviously, but nice to look at. The view on the ocean and mountains is breathtaking. Sunrise paints your room in different colors, tiny birds play and sing on the grass in front of the house every morning. Perfect. And they prepared special tea ritual every evening for us.
