The staff was amazing, and the location was perfect, just a short distance from the historic center. The building was originally a hospital but has been fully renovated to a high standard. The central lobby is breathtaking, with comfortable sofas, beautiful art pieces, and an incredible bar. My room was amazing and comfortable, and we could take our dog with us since pets were allowed. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious national desserts to choose from. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely return.

The air-conditioned rooms come with private bathrooms and satellite TV. Each has a telephone and a safety deposit box. Kind and helpful 24 hour staff. Checked us in real late and gave us the best room. Lobby was clean and elegant. Breakfast buffet was so good and had so many food options.

It is located on the slopes of Esperança Mountains. The hotel is a hidden gem. Super nice location, has a view to the valley. Excellent facilities, friendly, welcoming staff. The swimming pool is great, we loved that towels were provided as well.
