Everything was wonderful. I had such a nice and spacious room and a big comfortable bed for myself. I definetly would go back. The wellness was perfect and the gym is equipped, they have everyting! The breakfast was the best thing ever.

The location is just perfect. In front of the monastery. Easy access, good parking slot. The restaurant where breakfast is served is right in front of the monastery too. Just perfect. Then the staff… incredibly friendly, accessible, easy going. Both at the front desk and all other employees. Finally the room. Great bed, clean bathroom, good space and amenities. If i had more time in the region, id stay there for a couple of extra nights.

The house has been in family for over 300 years. Exceptionally service. Exceptional breakfast. Exceptional room and guest areas. I think this place is better than 5 star hotel in castle because the family has furnishings that have been in family for over 300 years. Stay here. You will not be disappointed !

This is the best apartment rental I have ever stayed at. We are long term global experienced travellers. Most rental units have basic Ikea stuff. But this unit had FANTASTIC decoration. It felt like a luxury home. The owner was very helpful.

Located on a large estate in Monte Real, this hotel combines the elegance of an old palace and modern architecture and is part of the Monte Real Thermal Park, 300 metres away. The property is clean, manicured beautifully, and very well kept. The building is beautiful! The rooms are laid out in a marble like stone with dark wood that give the effect of richness. I did not see a blemish. The staff are incredible! They treat every customer like royalty and go out of their way to assist where they can. A couple of people worth mention. Diego who works in the restaurant and bar. Superb individual! Very professional and makes an excellent whisky sour! Jośe, who worked on the front desk. Bridgette, who worked in the dining room who was pleasant and very professional as well. There were others!

Surrounded by lush gardens only 200 metres from the Alcobaça Monastery, this elegant boutique hotel is situated in a historic mansion. We loved our stay, everyone was extremely kind and attentive, Pedro was a sweetheart. The room was really nice, the breakfast extremely tasty. We’re definitely going back!
