With 55 rooms and 6 suites, all with plenty of natural light and panoramic views. All units are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WIFI. Bathrooms include a free-standing tub as well as free toiletries. It was all in the details: the most wonderful stay. My only regret is not staying longer.

Some rooms have a private balcony. Was able to check in early which was helpful. The hotel is in the most splendid position on the river with fantastic views. Service was excellent, friendly professional staff, very helpful. Restaurant was lovely.

Free in-room Wi-Fi is available. The place is fantastic, better than we expected! Great staff and warm welcoming, they service us their homemade excellent port when we arrived. The room is very spacious and charming with elegant antique furnitures, great atmosphere! The dinner was amazing! Great food and wine, they were very kind to serve us with another pre-drink of port, lots of great red wine during the dinner and with a 40years port after dinner. Breakfast is also nice and fresh! This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Such a wonderful location. The view is amazing. Also, Margarida is a very lovely host, she made us feel really welcome. We also really liked the tour from Luis through their vineyard. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the Douro Valley.
