Everything was grate! all the smallest details were thought out, even a glass of port in the living room for all the gests. I would especially like to note the sterile cleanliness of rooms and public places. It felt like you were the first person to stay in this room! Bravo! The very friendly staff, gave us excellent advice on what to visit, understanding our preferences. Breakfast is also very good.

It is a lovely hotel, very centrally located near Rossio metro. The staff are so friendly and professional. We loved the treats that they provided us with during our stay. The bedding is superb and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with an excellent shower.The breakfast is of high quality and the hotel is very good value all things considered.

The ambiance was perfect, relaxing with the highest level of service. The room faced inwards to the garden and was quiet. Breakfast was classic Portuguese, nicely presented and constantly refilled. The location was in an old part of the city, with easy access to public transport.

To start off, the hotel has an excellent location; It's right in the heart of Lisbon. The staff members are exceptional, very helpful and attentive. Outstanding cleaning service!!
