The staff took great care in preparing the roses and setting up the room, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Everyone was kind and attentive, the access from the hotel to Praça do Comércio was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I truly believe I made the right choice by staying at this hotel.

Nearby Avenida da Liberdade is filled with high-end shops and boutiques. Chiado and Rossio are historical areas which guests may reach through a 15-minute Metro ride. Lisbon’s Portela International Airport is 7.7 km away from the HF Fenix Music. Check in was amazing. Super fun hotel. Loved the red carpet as you walk in. In a central location with transit right across the street and a little corner store close by. Would stay here again!

Situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lisbon. Metro going to the main sites is walking distance and there is a supermarket nearby. I was inmediately entertained by the staff and was briefly given some tips about how to go to the around Lisbon and which streets to avoid. The room is very clean, comfortable and huge as compared to other hotels where I’ve stayed from. I also liked that they have a common kitchen, laundry and dining area.
