Chalet Saudade underwent a 5-year complete renovation and offers modern and comfortable accommodations, elegant living rooms with trompe l’œil frescoes and romantic gardens with antique water fountains and ponds. Rooms include tea making facilities. This is a lovely hotel. It is a small hotel in an old mansion house. Both the rooms and the common rooms feel rich and luxurious. The staff are super friendly. Especially Catarina, who helped us decide what we should visit in Sintra. And there is a lot to visit! The hotel in in a superb location only 10 min walk from the impressive National Palace. I would definitely recommend Chalet Saudade and I hope to visit again one day.

This 150 year-old residence is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool and offers view of Sintra’s Moorish Castle. All rooms are simply decorated, and some have unique bathrooms with colourfully painted tiles. Everything was wonderful!!The location is excellent,the room we stayed was really comfortable and spotless in terms of cleanliness. If you can opt for the breakfast!! Fresh croissants and a variety of buffet items, you can't for wrong!

Pena Palace is 2.8 km from the guest house and Quinta da Regaleira is 1.4 km away. This accommodation is very nice. We lost the way to check-in but host ‘Maria’ was so nice. We felt like home when stay in this place. The room and bathroom is clean and comfortable. The best thing that impresses us is the super wonderful breakfast from Maria. ( Maria is so kind to make very early breakfast to us)

With mountain views, recently renovated rooms at Hotel Nova Sintra - Adults only come equipped with a satellite TV. They are all uniquely furnished with decorative headboards and antique furniture. Perfect location, only downside is car park a distance away but not big issue as u don't need a car in Sintra:) The owner of the property is very helpful and friendly. Room is comfortable.. we enjoyed our stay in Sintra

The accomodation was beautiful and comfortable, loved the little touches like in the bathroom sink, there was a note stating where this sink was used and it’s historic story … was interesting ! Also can I please give a 20/10 to Karen ! She was an amazing host ! Helped us out with parking which we got super lucky with ! The whole experience felt so personalized .. this has been our favorite stay in Portugal by far !

Situated in the centre of Sintra, the Bliss Hotel is a designer hotel full of character, fitted with contemporary interiors. Sintra Train Station is just 140 metres away while the renowned Pena Palace is 4 km away. Great location. Our room was perfect for us. Staff were lovely so friendly and helpful, especially the young lady at reception who went out of her way to help us (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but I think she will know who I mean) I would definitely stay again.

Historical mansion Chalet Relogio was designed by Italian architect Luigi Manini, who also planned the Escala in Milan. Under a new management and recently renovated, the hotel features rustic accommodation overlooking Sintra’s Valley and the Moorish castle. Beautiful ambiance and view of the Moorish Castle and Sintra’s. There is parking and an easy walk down the hill to a wonderful pizzeria. Breakfast was plentiful and perfect for a day of exploring.
