Atlantida Mar is a contemporary hotel featuring designer guestrooms with panoramic views. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and had a balcony with an amazing view of the pool and sea. We lay in bed at night with the door open and listened to the waves and watched the sunrise. The hotel was just outside the town but there is a lovely promenade outside which leads into the town. Pool towels are provided and there is a small gym (which we didn’t use as preferred to run along promenade). Buffet breakfast was very nice. Car parking available on site. There was a lovely restaurant next door to hotel on sea front which was lovely in the evening.

The most comfortable accommodation I had on Terceira. A successful combination of modernity and history. Delicious breakfasts and a delicious menu at the hotel restaurant. All employees very nice truly atmospheric place.
