Also, Margarida is a very lovely host, she made us feel really welcome. We also really liked the tour from Luis through their vineyard. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the Douro Valley.

Very nice winery with an amazing view on the wine fields. Very big and comfortable room, just perfect. Opportunity to do a nice wine degustation and dinner at the winery is excellent too. We were lucky to come in the harvest season and could witness the wine making from the start, when the grapes arrive in trucks. Douro valley is a fantastic area and for sure one should stay in a winery to get the full experience.
