Lucas Boutique Hotel features a 24-hour reception and provides free private parking. The hotel is right in the center of Eforie Nord. Very clean and nice. A good value for money. I loved the receptionist because she was really nice and gave us the room straight away even if it was 9 AM in the morning. The room is nicely decorated and lovely. Even if it was in the noisy center of Eforie we didn't hear the music or the sounds from outside.

The rate was excellent value, the room was very nice, air conditioning worked perfectly, and the host, Adrian, was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay at Villa Elena next time I am in Constanta. Lovely hotel!

There are rooms and apartments with a balcony, and the beach on the Black Sea is 300 metres away. We loved everything about this place, the administration is doing a great job. The rooms are very spacious and the AC was going great. The view from the balcony was amazing. They change the towels and take the garbage every day and the ladies there are so nice.

Lovely hotel centrally located and near a bus stop that allows easy access to the port and city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size and still open although we came just out of season. Breakfast was really good and well stocked even towards the end of the breakfast service. You also get free access to the beach.
